Oceanside Terrace in Oceanside consisted of 29 luxury coastal condominiums sold through auction. RQL Construction was brought in by ownership to manage and administer homeowner walk-throughs and service work. RQL Construction performed the initial walk-throughs with each of the 29 new buyers and coordinated service work through various subcontractors.
