I have worked with many clients and have visited numerous new home sites and rarely, if ever, has the developer taken a moment of his time to connect with a buyer and walk them through their project. I have been very happy with the Bluewater community.  The neighborhood turned out very nice with great neighbors.  It is nice to live in a new home where the builder takes such pride in providing an excellent home.

Our new home is great.  It’s spacious yet cozy and everything is constructed really well. The layout suits our family perfectly.  Quinn Communities has been very thorough in following up with our move in with walkthroughs to make sure that everything remains as they built it and as it’s supposed to be, which it has.

Out of all the locations that we looked at in San Diego “Bluewater” is our first choice for our new home.

We love the elegant, quality touches that have been put into our home.  We feel we bought into a life long investment of relationships with our builder and our neighbor’s.  The neighbor’s are wonderful. The builder, Stefan, is truly caring, not only in the homes he builds, though in the people he builds them for.

Beautifully built home….if we had to customize it ourselves we would have done it the same.  Because of you our dream home has come true.  Thanks for everything!

We appreciated the thought given to taking advantage of the view from the living areas; the planning for features such as cerightiling fans and surround sound speakers. It was also gratifying to see all the fire resistance features incorporated into the design including the minimization of cinder access to the attic and the communications between the smoke alarms throughout the house. The 70 gallon water heater is also a plus for houses near the beach.
