It was also gratifying to see all the fire resistance features incorporated into the design including the minimization of cinder access to the attic and the communications between the smoke alarms throughout the house. The 70 gallon water heater is also a plus for houses near the beach.

I have worked with many clients and have visited numerous new home sites and rarely, if ever, has the developer taken a moment of his time to connect with a buyer and walk them through their project.
